Meet
michaela
Michaela is the founder of THRIV365, she has been in the health and wellness field for nearly 10 years. Her passion lies in helping others unlock the best version of themselves through the power of movement.
Growing up Michaela played soccer, ran track and field, and was a dancer. Movement and sports have been an important part of her life, and she wanted to help others find joy and confidence through fitness. During college, Michaela studied sports medicine and that’s where she decided she wanted to bridge the gap between sports medicine and strength and conditioning. Upon graduating, Michaela worked as an athletic trainer and sports performance coach for the Buffalo Beauts, a professional women’s hockey team. She has worked alongside a variety of clientele ranging from general population, youth, high school, college and professional athletes. In 2023, she has completed her 200hr yoga certification course.
As a coach she has experience in functional training, strength and conditioning, HIIT, and circuit training. As an athletic trainer she has helped athletes rehabilitate from injuries and helping them return back to play.
Michaela strives for her clients to become the best version of themselves through a mind, body, and soul connection. She believes that mental fitness is just as important as physical performance. She specializes in corrective exercises and functional training to help her clients push their boundaries to achieve their optimal level of performance. She has a calm demeanor, but knows when to give tough love when necessary.
